Lemon & Dill Pickled Caper Berries

Our handpicked smaller caper berries cured in brine using Murray River Salt then pickled in a white vinegar which we infuse with lemon & dill.

A tasty addition to cheese and antipasto platters and can also be used in salads or with seafood. Approximately 40 caper berries per 100g.
